About NSB Heating
From our base in the heart of Worcestershire, we’re on a mission to make sure your home is actually ready for the future. Whether it’s a tricky air source heat pump retrofit in a period property or a high-efficiency boiler upgrade, we combine Heat Geek precision with a genuine passion for lowering your carbon footprint bills and your bills.

The NSB Story
I started NSB Heating back in 2017 because I was tired of seeing “industry standard” installs that just didn’t perform. I saw too many fitters who would pull out an old unit, put a new one on the wall, and leave without ever looking at the pipework or the radiator sizing.
The result? Systems that work, but aren’t efficient. They cost more to run, wear out faster, and leave homeowners frustrated.
I wanted to change that. Our mission is to lower carbon one home at a time, but we do it through better engineering. By focusing on the science – things like hydraulic balancing and low flow temperatures – we take the guesswork out of heating. We’re here to show that even an older Worcestershire home can be incredibly efficient when the system is designed properly from the ground up.
